Notes
Generally, no deposit or bond is required. All storage fees are payable in advance.
If you pre-pay 3, 6 or 12 months in advance we will give you discount, please ask our staff for details.
Minimum rental period is one month. Please contact the office to check availability of storage spaces.

Insurance
All vehicles including boats, water craft, caravans, buses, motor homes, motor vehicles, motor bikes and trailers shall bear all risks and damages including collision, flood, fire, water, heat or any other reason whatsoever.
It is a condition of the agreement that the storer will provide evidence of comprehensive vehicle insurance and compulsory third-party insurance.
No insurance cover is extended by Davis Storage

General
Storers are not permitted to conduct any business, reside, sleep. loiter, party or any other activity in the parking space that is contrary to the permitted use
Secure the vehicle within the parking space when not in attendance 240w power is available in some locked storage areas. Please discuss with our Staff Parking and moving the vehicles will be at the discretion of the facility owner. Larger vehicles may require the assistance of a mechanical device (fork-lift etc) for parking and manoeuvring. The equipment and its operators will be provided by the facility owner.
Prohibited goods must not be stored at the facility, including goods that are hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, toxic, perishable, illegal or stolen goods plus lithium-ion batteries or items containing lithium-ion batteries.
